Midweek League 2024

The Mid Week Road Race League is a race series, where local running clubs race each other at four fixtures in the summer over 10K. This series is open to all club members and there is no entry fee. To participate runners should register their interest with one of the club captains as you will be issued with a race number that you use for the entire series. Spare numbers are kept if you join the series late, but you must wear a club vest. You do not have to run all the races.

We can enter as many eligible members as we like. Race Points are scored by the first twelve men and the first eight women of each team, but runners who do not score for the team can have an impact by pushing down the scoring values of runners from other clubs. That is why we encourage all our members to participate. The races are a lot of fun and sociable as food is supplied by the host team for after the races.

Race 1 – 15 May – Hitchin (at Stevenage)
Race 2 – 4 Jun – Royston
Race 3 – 19 Jun – Harlow
Race 4 – 27 Jun – Barnet (Trent Park)

Mob Match – 10 Jul – Welwyn Garden City

All races start at 7:45pm unless stated above.
