Let’s Lift the Curfew 2026

Join Harlow Running & Tri Club and the local community for Let’s Lift the Curfew, an event promoting the message that women should feel safe and confident walking and running whenever and wherever they choose.

Taking place on Thursday 29th October, the event will bring together runners, walkers, community groups, local representatives and Essex Police for an evening of visibility, support and community spirit.

With a choice of walking and running routes, there is something for everyone, regardless of ability, or experience. All routes will be supported by HRTC coaches, run leaders and volunteers, ensuring a safe, friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
